Apple Announces two new Macbook laptops

Apple has announced two new Macbook latops yesterday in both the pro and standard models. Of course the processor is faster, the pro has the new multi-touch built in, and they both have more storage. All of which make me want to chuck mine out the window so I can justify picking up one of these beauties. Even the standard Macbook is starting to look fantastic, if it had a better video card I would be hawking my pro on eBay as we speak. Continue Reading

Q: If I am shooting in a public place, what are my rights? I’ve had a few situations in the last few years where law enforcement has asked me to move from a location. I don’t want to cause problems, but shouldn’t I have a right to stay? — Pete J. from LA.

A: You have the right to shoot in public places, since privacy is not expected by law in those circumstances. However, it’s wise you generally respect people not wanting their photo taken for safety reasons (someone getting very angry at you).

Terapixel cameras with duckies on it

What is a terapixel? A big, big, big piece of information. One terapixel is equivalent to a million megapixels. Some of the world’s most advanced cameras have terapixel resolutions but their usually not in general use. However, a Chinese company has released a 5.5 terapixel camera that’s a cute blue color with duckies on it. Wow.
