Good news on the horizon. I received a motivating call from a reliable source that works at a major camera store. He told me there will be a new Canon Mark III very soon.I am actually going to be able to trade in my (first generation) mark III for the newest version that does not have a blue dot. I am not sure if this is going to be a common trade in or not. I will keep you updated….So I suppose this will be the Canon 1D Mark III(v3).Geeze this is getting hard to keep up with. Just think of how long it will be when the release the Mark IIIN.
