Link of the Day: Matthew Mahon Photography

I’ve never had so much fun navigating through a portfolio. This website is very abstract in its navigation.

It’s one thing to have awesome photos (which Matt does) but its a completely different thing to have a layout on your website that’s never been seen before. Stemming from a sort of “photographs scattered about” effect you can navigate through his website like you were rummaging through an old photo book of sorts.

In an age of template websites and portfolios that are a dime a dozen, it’s nice to see someone think outside the box. Think you’d present a photo that was ripped up?

His photography is also very colorful and vibrant, everything looking very pleasing to the eye.
