Nikon D3x and D90 for sale at French site, D90 video feature revealed
The French photo equipment dealer Muller Photo has listed both the Nikon D3x and the D90— unannounced cameras that have been the subject of much speculation—as for sale, with price tags sitting at 4,990 Euros and 799 Euros, respectively.
Meanwhile, both Amazon and B&H photo have purchased Google ads for the D90—just search “D90” and they’ll show up—and Nikon Rumors has posted a picture of the D90 LCD screen in video mode.
Check out the listing for the D3x here and the D90 here. Both have a status of “sur commande, ou en rupture chez le fournisseur,” which, roughly translated, means they’re either under order or the supplier is out.
If you’re willing to drop the equivalent of $7,327 U.S. for a D3 or $1,173 for a D90 and wait for Muller Photo to get stocked with them and then pay for/wait for shipment from France, you can get a real jump on the gun here. Our recommendation, however, would be to wait until such time as Nikon makes an official announcement and you can grab the gear from a supplier near you (which will include Best Buy).
If a supplier near you happens to be somewhere in the vicinity of France, then more power to you. Also, you should send us some photos.
