		<description>It makes no sense that Facebook would risk messing up a good thing by edging in on people's intellectual property.  They had people's trust and then they go and risk losing it; not smart.</description>

		<description>Zuckerberg's assertion that person sharing the content on their facebook page owns it, is not entirely correct.  I have licensed photos to companies that have a facebook presence and the license allows for the company to place the images on the companies facebook page.  But they do not own the rights to grant a license to facebook or anyone else for those photos, as they belong to me.

So I wonder who I will sue when my images are used by a non-licensed entity??</description>
